Manage your Fundaxi profile and account

After signing in, Fundaxi shows the tools available for the roles connected to your account.

Your account options

Different Fundaxi roles can have different management tools.

Depending on your account, you may have access to things such as:

• Campaigns;
• fundraising activity;
• Partner locations;
• Angel information;
• Chapter or networking features;
• account settings.

Switching roles

If your account has more than one Fundaxi role, use the available role selection.

Do not create another account simply because you cannot see an option you expect.

Keep your information current

Review the profile and contact information available to you and update it when necessary.

Accurate information helps keep your account and public details up to date.

Missing access?

If you believe an option or record should be available to you but is not:

1. confirm you are signed into the expected account;
2. confirm the email address you used;
3. sign out and sign back in if appropriate;
4. contact Support if the problem continues.

When contacting Support, include the page or feature you expected to access.

Do not send your password, authentication codes, or payment-card information.
