Troubleshooting & Support

Contact Fundaxi Support

Learn what information to include so Fundaxi Support can investigate your question efficiently.

If the Support Center does not answer your question, use the Fundaxi Support contact experience.

Providing useful context helps Support understand the issue without unnecessary back-and-forth.

What should I include?

Tell us:

  • what you were trying to do;
  • which Fundaxi page or feature you were using;
  • what you expected to happen;
  • what happened instead.

When relevant, include a Fundaxi link for the:

  • Campaign;
  • Partner;
  • fundraiser or event;
  • Support conversation;
  • other public Fundaxi record involved.

For account-access issues

Include the email address associated with your Fundaxi account.

Do not send your password or authentication codes.

Screenshots

A screenshot can be useful when something looks wrong.

Before attaching or sharing one, check that it does not expose information you do not want included in a Support conversation.

Please do not send sensitive credentials

Never include:

  • passwords;
  • one-time authentication codes;
  • secret/API keys;
  • full payment-card numbers;
  • other private credentials.

Fundaxi Support should not need this information to investigate your issue.

Existing Support conversation?

If you already have a Support conversation for the same issue, continue with that conversation when possible rather than creating duplicates.
